Happy Sunday! I hope you’ve had a productive week and a fun weekend.

It’s been a busy week at the Mindful Gingernut HQ as I’ve been beavering away writing client newsletters and social media posts, as well as working in the background creating my first Mindful Gingernut newsletter!

I’ve been toying with the idea of creating a newsletter over the last few months, but I wasn’t quite sure what kind of direction to take it in.

Then, like most things, I just got a hunch and went with my gut.

Every month from June this year, I’ll be sending out a newsletter with the focus being on health & wellbeing.
